Kerry Keating Triple Stagger Screen Set Play by Dana Beszczynski

Coach Kerry Keating showed the diversity of the Broncos offensive sets in their game against BYU. This nice triple stagger screen action gives the PG a chance to really read what the best option is as the STS action sets up a post-up situation on either side of the floor.

The Broncos ran the Kerry Keating Triple Stagger Screen Set Play multiple times to get their two scorers in freshman Jared Brownridge and Junior Brandon Clark, who both combined 50 points in the Santa Clara loss to BYU. The Broncos fell to BYU playing a little short-handed with both starting point guard Evan Roquemore nor starting forward John McArthur played against the Cougars for disciplinary reasons. Evan Roqumore is Santa Clara’s all-time assist leader and a 1,500-point scorer.
