I just felt that fellow coaches especially young coaches need to constantly work on their “game”. Just like the basketball players that we coach. We as coaches need to improve ourselves. Today’s basketball plays are on Rick Pitino and the Louisville Cardinals Blob Play

A nicely designed BLOB play vs M2M run by the Louisville Cardinals to free up their 5 man in the lane for an isolation sitiuation. This Louisville Cardinals Blob Play is great for teams of all levels. It can be used to unbalance a well organized defense and create an isolation situation for the 5 man.

The Cardinals do a good job initailly getting 1 open off the screen-the-screener action.
