I just felt that fellow coaches especially young coaches need to constantly work on their “game”. Just like the basketball players that we coach. We as coaches need to improve ourselves. Play of the Week: Kansas EOG BLOB

#5 Kansas 56 – #14 Texas Tech 57. 14.0 seconds left. Kansas ball under Texas Tech’s basket. Game on the line.

Kansas coach Bill Self drew up a beauty out of the timeout and his team executed it to perfection leading to a lay-in and a 1 point lead with 13 seconds left in the game. Tech’s defense broke down and blew their coverage, in what looked like it was supposed to be a switch.

This is a play that Kansas used and scored on last year against Texas Tech as well.
