I have coached at the NCAA Division 2 (Southwestern Oklahoma State University), NAIA (USAO), and JUCO Levels (Blinn College and Carl Albert State College) as well as high school. During competitions, work in team training to improve technical details and interaction and reading of the field with discipline and control during your training.

By programming your training, you can take advantage of your practice days by strengthening defensive and offensive strategies by achieving specific objectives on different days. Assertively, you must teach your plays, while motivating team play and interaction between your players to achieve better performance in your game in search of common goals. Thus, they will be able to work creating opportunities to reach a shot and score points while disconcerting and minimizing their opponents.
