- A. Pre-season
- Very positive
- Spend time talking with players
- Never talk about “rebuilding” (don’t give players a “cop out” for not being successful)
- Don’t major in the same things when you don’t have the same players. (Grant Hill to Shane Battier to Jason Williams to ???)

- 200 minutes to play: (college game)
- Coach those who are taking most of the minutes VERY WELL

- You must keep fresh players for the tournament. It’s a long season
- 3 days of practice to 1 day off: Give players a day off mentally
