NBA Basketball Teams | Best Baseline Out of Bounds Plays

All the NBA Basketball Teams utilize their personnel and players in different ways, based upon coaches style and how they can play. This is showcased more in Baseline out of Bounds Situations than anywhere else, when you look at what each teams run. Here I looked at each NBA teams best Baseline out of Bounds Set, showing how each team scores when inbounding the ball underneath the basket. These sets range from simple, to very complex and every single set can be used at any level of coaching, no matter the personnel.

The best NBA Basketball Teams in my opinion at Baseline out of Bounds plays are the Atlanta Hawks, Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Clippers and the Boston Celtics. Each of these teams run good action out of bounds, but even better is their execution and adaptability to any defensive adjustments. Their inbound sets are good, but the best part of them is the counters they have built into their sets. The Hawks and Clilppers both have good initial scoring options at the rim, but the best part of their sets is the secondary action that they create for their shooters, Kyle Korver and JJ Redick. Typically if they do not get the first action they are looking for, then they inbound the ball and use Korver or Redick as screeners and then get them running off of screens to force the defense to react. More often than not, they are open or they attract multiple defenders and are able to create easy shot opportunities.
