I recently had a coach ask me for some attacking sets against a 1-3-1 zone. These are some different basketball plays that I have seen that can help many of your teams.
BIO-Currently a Grad Assistant at Pitt St. 1 season at Indiana University Southeast as Assistant Coach. I have spent 4 years coaching at the high school level. The 1-3-1 zones that I see have the 4 on top, 5 in the middle and 1 on the baseline. Would you run anything different with the zone set up that way? Thank you for your time.
